RFID woven wristband also named rfid fabric wristband which is made of hard pvc tag and woven strap . normally woven strap size is 350x15mm and 

can heat transfer print or knit technique for your logo requested .For RFID tag will with hard pvc or softer pvc material and laminated with RFID chip inside .size will like above chart 40*25mm or 35*26mm base on 13.56mhz frequency RFID . another 125khz or 860-960mhz rfid tag can adjust size in order to 

laminate rfid inlay with enough space . Customer barcode , numbering and UID engraving are avaiable on tags .

You can chose disposable locked closure or adjustable cloure in according to customer application .
